Michael Holt ‘signed up’ to an Adept Cleaning Services Management Franchise in May 2007 and operated the first ‘pilot scheme’ covering the Liverpool territory.
Michael’s background was Facilities Management where he gained valuable experience looking after university student accommodation, Barclays’ Group buildings and more recently Atkins corporate and retail properties.
Michael always knew that one day he would break away from the 9 to 5 routine of a ‘staff job’ to owning his own business.
