First and foremost you will need to be hardworking, determined and resourceful. You will also need to be able to manage people and have a reasonable understanding of business finance.
Initially I will be keeping a close eye on you, providing round the clock support, ensuring that all your energy is utilised efficiently. Even when your business is well established I will be available to help whenever you need me.
